Today was one of the prettiest days . . . ever.

I am at the cabin for a brief stay. It's Autumn and the colors in the mountains are too delicious to be ordinary. Last night, the hills on the otherside of our section of the river were warm pastels. This morning, the leaves were electric !

The brightness of the day took my breath away . . . leaving me feeling accutely alive ! For me, this brings a strong sense of balance that extends beyond the physical.

With deep gratitude, I enjoy the day.
