Here is a collaborative recipe from Nageswari & Ganga Devi for a Spinach Smoothie:
Makes two servings:
1 frozen banana (or a banana and a handful or two of ice)
1/2 c Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
splash of vanilla (optional)
Put all in a blender and then cram it full with handfuls of spinach. Blend, Drink, Enjoy!
(You may need to stop the blender and then shove the spinach down a few times).
This is the base; you can add other stuff as you like (blueberries, apples, pears . . . figs), or use regular yogurt or soy milk.
