Today's Kashi Atlanta Veggies . . .

Atlanta's weather is a cting oddly. . . . again.
Our temps are in the high 50's to 70ish, with some rain, so I've removed the floating row covers temporarily from the vegetable beds.
I'm cautiously optimistic that the bugs aren't hatched and hungry yet.  It is a gamble.

Cabbages and onions are planted together in hopes that the onions will chase away unwanted pests.

The brocolli leaves can be sauteed / steamed as you would collards.  They are really delicious when not overcooked.

And then there's the chard . . .
