CAUTION : Jalapeno Alert !!!

I love HOT food. Last night, we grilled 2 Jalapeno and then stuffed them with a cream cheese mixture.
I'm calling the result, which by the way was incredibly delicious, "LAVAPENOS."

Lavapeno Recipe

Grill 3-4" long Jalapeno peppers until charred.
Remove from grill and scrape off the charred skin.
You may want to handle the peppers with gloves too protect your hands.
Slice the length to remove seeds and vein, not cutting all the way thru the pepper.
Fill with cream cheese mixture. (Make enough to dampen the heat, if the pepper is toooo hot.)
Proceed eating with caution.

**Cream Cheese Mixture
Mix into a generous amount of cream cheese (propbably could substitute soft Tofu, or a Greek yogurt, for cream cheese)
Equal parts of ground cumin, cracked pepper and "Kirkland Organic Non-Salt Seasoning" (Available from Costco, this 21 herb mixture is great.)
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Blend with fork until well mixed.
Generously, stuff peppers.
