Noticed lately that the World offers us a zillion moments to embrace and observe greatness ? ? ?
Noticed the many layers and flavors, textures and scents 'awe' comes in ? ? ?
Noticed how refreshed you become when you slow down . . . and take a breath ? ? ?
For parts of today, I've been watching several different ages / sizes of turtles in a small pond.
I want to think that they are related, because I have strong feelings that we are all interconnected.
Mostly, I have seen their heads pop up for air and then disappear for a few strokes.
This pond also has a few Mallard ducks using it.
Today, there are only 3 babies. Yesterday, there were 4.
Five adult males have been in the area, too.
At several times today, all of the males were huddled together, with their butts high in the air. They can hold their breath for a long time . . . but always come up for air.
There are some areas of South Georgia that are currently experiencing some wildfires.
The air quality is quite effected.
Yet there is room to mindfully engage in another breath.
Is it all science ?
Friends of mine refer to it as "all yoga."
To mindfully engage in my own everyday life is grande !
Somedays are truly easier than others, but moment to moment, they are all real.
My optimitism has me believing that I may become more true to my divine nature.
I ate some celery today, and paid attention to its 'snap' and flavor.
